HD Frame-By-Frame

We begin by delicately hand-cleaning your film and repairing damaged sprocket holes if necessary.  Smaller 50' reels are spliced together onto larger reels.

The film is then transferred 1 frame at a time using a modified Moviestuff Workprinter XP and a 3-Chip HD Camera connected to our computer editing system at 1920x1080 4:2:2 resolution using the Blackmagic 4:2:2 codec. 

Your full res HD file is then placed on a hard drive (must be supplied or purchased seperately) and burned to SD DVD with custom menu chapters.  You can also have a Blu-ray disc created from your HD transfer.
